Camera!

I picked this up at a boot sale months ago, probably around July/August. It was £5 for the camera & manual, and the flash. I ordered some film a few days ago, and bought some new batteries for the flash, and to my surprise it all works perfectly. Well, I say that, but I suppose I won't find out for sure until I get the film developed. I always get really worried shooting film, in case the settings aren't right and the photos don't come out good. There are only a couple of dials on this camera, and I'm not sure what they do. I'll have to look up a manual as I don't know what happened to the one that came with it. I'll post photos when I've finished the film.

I need a sewing machine.

There are so many things I want to make! I really want to try making my own clothes. I've been helping out at Hereford Apparel a bit since it opened in June, and it's really fun. I'm not good enough with the machines to make whole garments, but there are bits I can do to help when there's a lot of work.
I also really want to make myself a bag, I've found some really awesome fabric online which would be perfect.

For now though, I have some really awesome glass bottles that I collected from the pub I used to work at, and I need to do something with them to justify keeping them for 3 years!

I've been looking through Instructables.com all evening for something to do with them, and I have a few ideas.

I really like making my shoes look awesome (more so than they already are) and so I thought this was pretty cool!

Well, this went absolutely awfully.

As with most things I do, I gave up half way through this. I have barely even picked up my camera in the last 6 months, I get tired of carrying it, lens changes, lugging a tripod about, etc. I really want to start getting back in to photography though, it's a productive way to spend my time, and far more fulfilling than spending all night on Tumblr.

I am feeling very Christmassy now, I've bought all but one present, and everything that I have got is wrapped and hidden under my bed. I bought some ribbons and bows today, so I'll be putting those on the presents tonight.

I was out all Sunday, had a cold all week, misplaced my camera under heaps of crap, and when I found it, it was switched on and the battery was flat.
But mainly, I just could not be arsed.
